We do not guarantee same day shipping, but we try very hard!
If an item is back-ordered or out of stock, and we can't ship your order for more than 3 business days, we will notify you.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM ET. Orders placed outside of these hours will not be processed until the next business day. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you place your order after 5:00pm on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday.
If we have a problem getting an authorization on your credit card for any reason, your order will not progress until we do. We will contact you ASAP to discuss how to proceed.
We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes
Our primary carrier is USPS. Standard USPS shipments will only be delivered Monday to Saturday.
USPS Flat Rate Box: Your order will be delivered within 1-5 business days after the order leaves the Bloomfield Sports Shop, not counting the ship date and not including Sunday, or USPS Holidays. Package arrives before end of day.
** NOTICE: Shipping charges in your cart are ESTIMATES ONLY. Actual shipping charges will be $4.95, $11.95 or $13.95 base on USPS Flate rate boxes. Quantity orders may be more depending on the number of boxes required. Actual shipping charges will be added to your total at the time of shipping.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you have purchased from Bloomfield Sports Shop and http://www.bloomfieldsportsshop.com. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. To receive credit in the original form of payment (cash for cash, credit for credit /original credit card must be used) Please present your original sales receipt with your return. No receipt? No problem we will issue a store credit.
Merchandise must be new and unused. Ticket hang tags must be attached and all original packaging and accessories must be included.
Returns using a Gift Receipt may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
For returns over 30 days but before 60 days may be exchanged or returned for store credit, with the original receipt.
Online purchases older than 30 days are not eligible for refund.
If you need a different size or type, you may exchange your order without a restocking fee if your replacement order is for the same quantity of product. First, please place your new order online and include your new order number on the return slip of the original order. You are responsible for shipping the original item back to us, and you will receive a full refund for the product when it is returned and reviewed. You do not receive a refund for the original shipping charges or the cost to ship back unwanted product.

You can use whatever delivery service you choose (USPS, UPS, FedEx), but be sure to get a tracking number so you will be able to verify that we receive the return.
If a shipment is refused, the carrier will return the package(s) to Bloomfield Sports Shop. The customer is responsible for the cost of both the outbound shipping and the return shipping, and that amount will be deducted from any credit the customer is due. The restocking fee may also apply.
There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns, which will be waived if a replacement order is placed (see Exchanges above).
